Our ✨Brilliant Brains✨ booth at #ScienceRendezvous was so busy yesterday our volunteers were going non-stop! We interacted with over 100 families, sharing our enthusiasm for all things brain-related with pipe cleaner neurons and brain hats 💜🧠

This was what the Fair looked like about 30 mins into the Meet and Greet. There were still some students asking questions close to an hour after this. Lots of excitement in the room! Almost didn't even matter that we ran out of pizza. Thank you all for coming!!

Lab Meet and Greet was in the WIRB Atrium and it was very busy. Even many first years showed up to plan their future years in advance. We had lab representatives from undergrad - PI level. Each had valuable insights and experience to share.

Last night's Lab Fair was a success! It's one of my fave events to plan. We had over 100 students come by to learn about interesting research opportunities in psych, neuro, and health sci. Some students got there an hour early to make sure they had a spot 👀

Today's the day! The Brain and Mind Lab Fair is this afternoon at WIRB1170! . We've got 7 labs recruiting today, and close to 20 projects between them. Over 100 students have expressed interest in attending and gaining research experience!. It's shaping up to be a great event!!.

Excited to announce that Brain and Mind will be holding an *in-person* Lab Fair on Nov 24, 5pm, in WIRB1170 🙌. We've been relying on virtual solutions in the past, and am looking forward to students finally being able to connect more personally with researchers!.

Spent today at @stjosephslondon -- not supporting research, but as a patient! . Even with COVID restrictions, everything felt efficient and smooth. I am truly thankful for everyone who took care of me today and answered my questions. You work hard and I appreciate you all. 🫶
