Meghalaya Govt did not give any permission for the demolition of Manipur Rajbari - stated by the CM of Meghalaya @SangmaConrad. Ex CM of Manipur @NBirenSingh said it was never consulted and informed. Then who is giving the order and the permission to demolish? Why demolish now
