@pccitytraffic Dear Team - Elpro Internation School has informed us that school buses have been forbidden from using Punawale/Tathawade underpasses. This leads to a lot of delay, E.g. my son takes 1 hr. 20/30 mins to reach home. @Pune_Ville @liferepublicmx facing issues.

Get so many requests from startups for software talent at $10-15/hr with 5-6 years of proven experience and extensive expertise in respective tech! Pls understand that 99.5% of the time, its a wrong expectation & the only thing you will achieve is messing up your product!

2. Being a service, it's really difficult to quantify the experience the way a product can! Since the services can't be experienced before you have used them, building trust and credibility becomes difficult.

2. Conflicts between the team handing over and taking over! The biggest problem. The team handing over the project will never accept accountability while the team taking over will show you 10 pre-existing problems so that they aren't blamed later! Have it figured out in advance!

1. Plan the cost of transition in advance- You can't have two teams being paid for the transfer! While they should be paid for their time, the transfer is happening for a reason. Probably for non-performance of the team handing over. Be careful what you spent here.
