build the distribution loop and find the customers before building the product . validation and distribution > building the product.
Stop overbuilding. Start leaning in. Build the loop first: talk to users, collect emails, sell a tiny promise. Big features later. Spend energy on distribution, not dashboards. $0→$500 MRR: learn the pain, tighten the offer. $500→$3k MRR: fix churn, polish onboarding. $10k+.

I learned this the hard way. I now start thinking about ideas from a marketing angle first . If I don’t have a clear path to reach the potential customers I won’t build it.
Honestly every “successful” SaaS I’ve built came from the same premise. I’m not a natural marketer (I’m actually quite bad) so I force myself to think about marketing before building. Like I know it’s recommended to pick a product that solves a problem and that’s supposedly all.

focus on taking action instead of procrastination disguised as preparation . action > planning.
Most of us disguise preparation with procrastination. What I mean by that. Is we procrastinate. But not like usual. Not procrastinating by watching Netflix or playing Xbox. But possibly, the most dangerous form of procrastination. Preparation procrastination. This is where.

Ship more, do more reps.
@gregisenberg Each shipped project is like adding weight plates in the gym. You don’t get stronger overnight, but a year later you look back and realize you’re lifting what once felt impossible.

feel stuck even though you're “working all day”?.you're probably mistaking noise for signal. signal = what moves the needle.noise = everything else. here’s how you can apply it:. vision:.– not every idea deserves a prototype.– just because it’s trending doesn’t mean it’s useful.
