Second higher intensity for this week Max HR: 185 bpm / 179 by fitbit Avg HR: 165 bpm 40min indoor bike. RHR is stable at 55 for a few days now. Trying to push it lower but it will take a while.
MONDAY - Back to our normal schedule. Mid-day indoor bike. Max HR: 174bpm Avg HR: 149bpm Fitbit roughly tracking the same. RHR starting to go down from its peak from previous days. Got grilled chicken on the way back from gym. So cats are happy.

Probably the last one of the week, or not. We will see... Mid-day cardio session Max HR: 172bpm (vs 149 fitbit) Avg HR: 138bpm Avg RHR is still around 57 but it's flat for a few days .. I suspect fitbit uses a rolling avg of ~7 days but that's just my guess.. May still do some
