@fuckyouiquit the apartment I moved into in '21 and moved out of last year costs $500/month+ more than it did when I moved in. it was $1740/month (before fees, utilities, insurance, etc.) and now it's $2200, and they use dynamic pricing so it could even go up to $3.6k when they lease it.
