On September 7th, I was honoured to take part in the Ukrainian flag raising at McDougall Centre in Calgary. It was inspiring to celebrate the resilience, culture, and lasting contributions of the Ukrainian community in Alberta.

I recently joined the annual Pain Run hosted by the Canadian Global Care Society in Edworthy Park and spoke. Chronic pain affects many people, but this event showed the strength of community support. Thank you to everyone involved, no one has to face it alone.
