The rival fans are doing it so that they have ammunition for when the team fails to do it. We're probably going to win something but that won't be enough because we didn't get the quadruple. That's going to be the line they're going with.
The funny thing about all this Arsenal quadruple chat is that statistically, the chances of it happening are like 5%. Feels like all the noise around the possibility of it happening is creating warped expectations.

It just makes me laugh how all of these rival fan accounts always set our KPIs for us. It's always "if Arsenal does not do this then they are a failure" type of stuff. How about you worry about your team who can't even mount a respectable title defense in the Premiere League?
I know it’s the Champions League and anything can happen, but if Arsenal don’t reach the final with the run they’ve got, it’s embarrassing. Don’t think I’ve seen an easier path to a Champions League final in my lifetime.
