well you said it, clearly something bigger is going on, and that thing could be his fault too and the company thought the only way to save all parties was to make him leave and go solo lol
nobodys thinking about this in an emotional way lol. even financially, its way better to benefit from the exposure and money that comes with being an a group while doing solo activities after renewal. it doesn’t make sense to cut that off before renewal
