They think they are going to get away with what they did. Better think again.

November 19, 2025, I filed a CPRA on the DLSE for information on my cases with Uber. The DLSE did not comply lawfully (typical of them), forcing me to either drop my case (not going to happen) or bring it before a judge to force disclosure.

Friday, December 12, I filed a writ of mandate with the court to compel the DLSE to disclose my case files. DLSE incorrectly closed my case against Uber and has persisted to this day to lie to me about it for over two years. https://t.co/wSJre3ZkOf

Harmless eccentricities — even small things like uncommon word choice — can create unease for other people, and many will write you off rather than do the work of trying to understand you.

The front end code is available for all to see; just view source. When apps are buggy, slow, or have poor usability, ask why.

And there's the infamous Enter keypress in TEXTAREA triggers submission. But it's actually contenteditable, not a real TEXTAREA. And they handle as well as they do with everything else. Such design decisions betray a level of skill/mental processing that shouldn't pass round 1.

DIV type="button" is wrong. DIV with tabIndex inside A is wrong. BUTTON inside A is wrong. What do they expect here? What's the strategy? Submit to QA and get pushed to prod? And if anyone notices, blame the tools and libraries they're so badly using?

Why is the front end of ChatGPT so bad and why is no one talking about this? The code is garbage and shows a level of competence that should pass no interview.

No fitness influencers will say it, but one of the best workout hacks is leaving your phone out of your workout. Put it in a locker, or wherever.

Writing the writ is hard work, but necessary. I will hold them accountable. Justice will prevail. Work now; results later.

Over 10 years ago, my wife did a terrible thing. She began cutting me out of her life, refusing communication, and vacationing in other counties. After about a year of this, she formally disavowed, moved out, and divorced. That is not “irreconcilable differences“.

And if it fails, I get an instant iMessage/email with the status and a screenshot, so I can correct it manually. Don't even have to think about it.

I used to sometimes forget the 7:00 AM worker signup sheet (a Google Form), which meant losing position in a weeks-long queue, missing work opportunities. Now my Selenium/Python/macOS setup submits it at exactly 07:00, so I’m always first in line.

Charged with "intent to cause alarm"? Terrible! Embrace legal certainty and the rule of law free from subjective overreach. Please, study civics and fundamental rights, educate your children, discuss with your friends and family, question your government, and assert your rights.
A man was arrested by police in Britain after he posted a picture online of himself posing with a gun in the US He was then held overnight in a cell and bailed… “I was told to be careful what I say online and I need to understand how it makes people feel,” WHAT?? The police

Regulation slows progress and raises costs in every sector; healthcare being one of the worst. Prices and profits are kept high while innovation is quashed. PRP escapes regulation via an “autologous” loophole, while peptides like the wolverine stack or GHK-Cu stay unapproved.

Uncommon intelligence and rare interests is not a disorder. Eschew common sense and stop trying to fit in. Highly-complex minds are rare. Expect to have a smaller pool of compatible people.
