Anyone in the UK can call 111 and press option 2 for mental health services (worth knowing) Now I'm not urgent and I've had therapy through work since last year but honestly, it didn't help much, so the waiting list is fine by me. 2/3

Today is world mental health day, so let's talk about mental health. Ironically, today I had an assessment for therapy provided by our NHS... the waiting list is 9 months. Now I don't mind, the assessor today told me there is a new service for urgent mental health needs... 1/3

Not to sound like a boomer but... Tiktok ruined content creation. I HATE seeing 2 second videos of someone just sitting down in a chair and putting a wall of text in the description so the video gains tons of views because you have to read it all. 1/2
