Why not just use the app for it like plenty of others do? They send a physical person to each address to just take a fingerprint. Can be done within the app and can deliver the SIM card anytime. No need for delivery for an e-sim as well.

Update: got an email from them that I should reschedule the delivery slot. Turns out the order wasn't cancelled. The support guy was giving out false information it seems. The delivery thing itself btw, just fingerprint check for CNIC verification...
@onic_pk has absolutely terrible support. Saw this new ONIC thing a couple months back. Joined the waitlist early. Now that they have started their services, placed an order as one of the Founding members. Got some special benefits for it.

and asked me to place a new one. I told them there was no option to place a new one and the order didn't appear as cancelled on my end. They told me to use a NEW email to sign up. Terrible experience overall. Can't say I'm surprised though.

They have some sort of delivery slots in which they can deliver the order. The rider missed the slot. Asked me to reschedule to a different slot. Didn't see the option, bugged the support about it. After a lot of back and forth, learned that they just cancelled my order...
