Se tem algo que eu aprendi é: Homem com depressão, todo mundo diz que é choro e que vc tem que se virar sozinho. Quanto mais você se abrir pra contar seus problemas pior fica... única pessoa que vai te ouvir é o psicólogo ou terapeuta, pq são pagos pra isso
