WHAT I WISH I KNEW AT 16 ๐Ÿ’ญ ๐Ÿ1/2 If I could go back, the first thing Iโ€™d say is to follow a proper programme. Guessing your way through workouts only slows progress. Iโ€™d also tell myself to eat for my goals, not my emotions. What you eat matters just as much as how you train.
