Cycle trip from Carlisle to Inverness this week - numerous stops - cities, villages, shops, cafes, pubs, hotels. Face coverings, clear signage - zero drama from businesses or customers. Everyone just getting on with it.🤷‍♂️@BBCNews @NicolaSturgeon @mrjamesob
