one of my favorite parts of the novel is seeing jin ling come into his own and form his worldview. he did a ton of emotional work and thought through things that the grown adults in his life never could. i love him dearly
jin ling's kindness is so special, he's so sweet and caring behind his prickly personality and the walls he built up. his inability to hate wei ying and jin guangyao due to the kindness they showed him and the care he has for them in spite of everything... such a softhearted boy

wwm really makes me want a mdzs game PLEASE please please like. its such a perfect setting and the combat would be so good like switching between lwj's guqin wangji and bichen or playing chenqing as wwx and summoning corpses.......... sigh

i actually am hoping i find another danmei i am fixated on as much as mdzs (i like tgcf and svsss but i wanna go like mdzs/wangxian levels of insane for smth... erha is fun but im not far enough yet)

also i fear nothing anymore when it comes to this bc i was extremely deep into the bts fandom for 7+ years and was surprisingly fine when i sorta left (still like the music!). its not that scary and also i found wangxian

surprisingly not really! i usually have one main interest that i actively participate in, and then like 2 or 3 casual interests im just not rly in the fandom for, and that main interest eventually enters into that group but never goes away completely. i can always return or not
Does anyone ever feel scared that they will lose interest in a hyperfixation? Like normally mine last about a year, but I’m at like 1.5 years with wangxian right now so it’s like the longest one has ever lasted…. I’m kind of scared it will end tho :/
