Most #P2E games shouldn’t be launching on ETH imo. Gas fees make them unplayable for non-whales. So many EVM alternatives and bridges nowadays there’s really little reason to not launch elsewhere.

my issue is resolved, thanks @cryptocomcs @cryptocom and all the CS. still no idea what the issue was. will post some thoughts on this in future. was a really bad experience as a user (not the CS fault) - for e.g., when locked, your balance in the app shows as 0 for the exchange.

3/ seven days with zero access to my funds, while open positions remain open without the ability to close them is just ridiculous. @cryptocom please sort this mess out. i see on your tg support and reddit that people have this issue dragged on for months.

2/ quick follow-up, e.g. please send us additional banking documents, re-send KYC info, among others. the point is, you get updates and are told what they require from you. @cryptocom just gives you silence, and all their CS can say is "we're looking into it"...
