Not many know this, but 6 months ago I got labrum repair surgery on my shoulder. And now after months of rehab and hard work, I’m proud to say I earned a spot on the SRR lifting board by benching 290 — joining the 900 lb. Club! With hard work and dedication, anything is possible.
