WX has three educational rooms with moveable walls. Whether you want to master a meeting, wield a workshop, or command a small conference, you have plenty of flexible options. These spaces will be available to book via a booking portal once the Wakefield Exchange opens in 2025.

Wondering where WX is? Wonder no more. Based in the heart of the city, you'll find WX within close proximity to many of Wakefield's well known landmarks. Next to the bus station & opposite @trinitywalk, the venue has excellent transport links & is also near multiple car parks.

Inside WX you'll find these textured panels on the walls of the main hall. Not only do these look visually striking, they also purpose as acoustic panels to ensure effective soundproofing of the space. Making it the perfect venue for live events. #WXWakefield #NewCreativeVenue

The Canopy, a large covered exterior space used for multiple occasions & will link in with Wakefield's much loved events such as the Rhubarb Festival. A place to get your feet up, watch the world go by & enjoy a bite to eat or drink from one of our food & beverage vendors.
