I also wonder (I'm not fully informed) but as the internet becomes more full of AI content won't these models just pull from more and more fake content and make everything just worse? Aka all graphics will look EXACTLY the same

In the journalism/weather world we should be posting truthful, real information. AI can be truthful in making a graphic (what we tell it to put) but feels like it goes against everything the industry should be because at the end of the day it is in a sense completely fake

If everything is just ai slop, then there is no reason for people to follow you over some random person posting the same thing. Differentiate yourself by making REAL, AUTHENTIC, INTERESTING content.
It's really gotten bad how many meteorologists even well-known ones are now just using AI to make graphics. The public wants work you do and put effort into. People don't want yet another AI-written graphic or report; they want a human-written forecasts.
