We love making quesadillas full of healthy and colorful vegetables. 🤩 One of our classes used purple onions, red and yellow peppers, broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini and carrots on whole grain tortillas. They were a hit! 👏

300 students at Warwood Elementary recently got to sample different types of cheeses and learn how the dairy food group supports health. Dairy products are a great source of calcium and vitamin D, which can help support the health of your bones. 👏🧀🥛
