You don’t buy loyalty. You earn it. If people talk about your product without incentives, you’re doing something right. Early stages may require a nudge or two... but if incentives become the norm, something is definitely broken. Great communities form around great products.

Signing up with Google on any platforms, shouldn’t permanently lock users into one auth method. Good platforms support both OAuth + email/password or offer an easy way to add a password later. This is not security but a UX decision.

I'm OG Web2 and my mom is Web1 so I won't be leaving those people behind. A simple rule in our studio: Start narrow in Web3, earn trust, then expand to Web2.
If an IP isn’t trying to win outside of Web3, it’s failing. I used to be a crypto maxi. I thought ownership would onboard the masses and force companies like steam and epic games to adopt the tech more aggressively. It didn’t happen, so we have to out play them. Connecting
