it's a mentality gap, you millennials are still in the mindset that we need to slave our lives away for corporations similar to gen x and boomers, while Gen Z have value mental well-being and human autonomy, aren't going to bend backwards for corporations simply for a paycheck.
i think many tokkis are too young and havent been in the workforce long enough to put this situation in perspective. like at some point you have to realize though your employer may be shitty and unfair, not having a job or facing major debt is much worse than staying in the job
