Day 64 - day 1 of implementing the changes from the FB specialist 3.76 return on ad spend, not bad the main problem here is my daily budget is $100 BUT the lack of spend is a feature (not a bug) of me implementing cost caps since I'm on a budget, I'd prefer efficient spend to

Day 63 - here's what the FB ad specialist I met with said: - my approach with one campaign, one ad set and creative diversity was correct - for small budgets (e.g. $100/day), just have 6 ads - 3 top-of-funnel, 2 middle-of-funnel, 1 bottom-of-funnel - use cost per result goal

Day 62 - meeting with some FB ad experts this morning a system I'm using to help me crack organic: breaking things down to where they're "just work" e.g. -- I turned scrolling into a goal-oriented task: - 10min - 20 liked videos in my niche - 3 follows - 5 comments I blast

I used to open every ad trying to be clever. Tried memes, humor. Now I just open with certainty. When you sound like you’ve been there, people stop scrolling. Confidence sells. Wit just entertains.

Recently added a unique mechanism to one headline — a single line explaining how our system actually works. That one change outperformed a full redesign. People don’t buy “AI” They buy the method that feels like a secret.

In the AI age, prioritization seems to be the main determinant of success. Aka "are you working on the most important thing you can rn" Shocked at how much I'm able to slash from my schedule when I dedicate time to it. Things that seem important but should be done only after

One of the most important ways I work on my business is actually cleaning. In computer science, there's a concept known as "linear search". If you don't know which drawer something is in, you have to check each one. This takes 10 searches if you have 10 drawers. But if

Day 60 - interesting discovery, my $20/day FB campaign is yielding results lol much more efficient, extremely cheap cost-per-lead I guess this implies I should be using cost and/or bid caps the journey I've been on to figure this stuff out is insane

Day 56 - had another realization, why two of my ads did so well (attached to this post) they combined pain + desire + USP: - pain in the call-out - desire in the video - USP in the text key because FB's algo does the targeting now, so we need to make it obvious WHO to target
