For us 2024 was a year of Blinks! From an idea to becoming a major partner in the Ecosystem, lots of awards, blinking at every moment... Let's look at how Wink was born in 2024 and what are we expecting moving forward.

That was our movement, too much exciting intros, ideas, future plans… I remember everything we done and and want to accomplish just like yesterday. Even that is not gonna be built near future, I’m grateful for every brick we laid. Respect

We would like to thank @saydialect team creating an amazing protocol and all the opportunities they've created for us. We hope to blink with them, as visions aligned in very near future 🤞 And that's Wink 2024 unwrapped! Thanks for reading.

We still believe in the future of Blinks but we're not aligned with the current vision of @saydialect moving forward. Our platform with 4 templates are still functioning but we'll not be adding new templates until we see a demand for creating individual blinks.

However, we as Wink, wanted end users to create blinks, monetize actions through blinks but Dialect team focused on products/protocols integrating blinks into their product. Sadly, that vision left us alone with many previous individual blink builders. Blinks now became a

Dialect wanted to position Blinks as dev tooling, integrating many Web3 products as they can. They did an amazing job with this vision, creating a category inside the @Backpack.

Incentive layer on our mind and we were about to launch <Fee protocol> that every blink unfurler could monetize actions. We were heavily inspired by the integration of blinks into @BagsApp. Until a tweet dropped from @aliquotchris, CEO of @saydialect...
everyone is talking about referrals in blinks, but referrals are *not* the point of blinks blinks' main killer use is: speed to action, everywhere solve that, & everything else, including referrals, will come to life

We were recognised by authorities with our work. They even thought we were competing with @saydialect but it was the opposite. We were working together!

Fee sharing via blinks was literally our motto while building. Build the transaction from ground up and add a commission layer. Now everyone could be incentivized through blink actions. We were about to become an incentive layer for Solana

First we had @YutiBot posting newly graduated @pumpdotfun tokens. We made few adjustments to post them on X, and made it available for end users to buy those tokens immediately here on X via blinks. Yutibot was our first validation blink.
