Two weeks ago, a part was replaced by a technician from Flipkart (Shakti Singh) during another repair, and we were charged ₹5000 for this despite the machine still being under warranty. However, even after this part replacement, the washing machine stopped working again.

Flipkart was started to provide convenience to people. I think they are doing the exact opposite of it by causing inconvenience to people who rely on them to buy things from the comfort of their home. I kindly request your urgent intervention in resolving this issue.

And when that date comes, nothing happens. They tell me the same thing again. As a customer, I am the one who has spent money to buy this product. Rather than getting a replacement and proper resolution, I am getting frustration in return.
