An astable 555 circuit with a 3.3k resistor, 5k potentiometer, and 100uf capacitor is all you need to make the fetty wap frequency. (In theory)

Just finished reading my first manga, Beserk vol.1. Really enjoyed it, very light reading, perfect for when my brain is fried and I canāt think anymore.

I just bought https://t.co/PiEACq4WMR and https://t.co/ONINljhDmZ and am feeling pretty manic about it.

$10 for 3 packages LETS GOOOOO! Never concede!! A few tweaks and it was $2.50 within Canada and $5 to the US. I am still going to continue with my mission of shipping a circuit board for as cheap as possible. All 3 joule thiefs have been shipped!
I HATE CANADA POST. It wouldāve been $23 per package to ship because they didnāt fit through a slot. $100 to ship 4 circuit boards is insane!!! We deserve to lose!! Iām sorry, I am going to have to issue refunds š„ itās just too much. @IanPritchard @23_ @dsnein @Sean_Sp00ns

Mailing circuit boards to myself to test which configurations will make it through automatic processing. The results from this will determine my future design constraints. This feels promising so far.

Iām on a quest to ship a circuit board for as cheap as possible. I made these tests to see if they survive the sorting facility and to find the size/stiffness limitations.

I really like the idea of doing things that donāt scale, it leads to places you wouldnāt arrive at otherwise.

This seems like it will be no problem to ship in an envelope, even stacked it would still fit. The true test is how the larger circuit board handles going through the processing system Testing tomorrow by mailing a bunch of different configurations to myself.
My next project is to order, assemble, and deliver a PCB for as cheap as possible while still making a profit. Iāll design a PCB that can fit in a standard envelope, bringing down shipping costs substantially. If this works I can sell circuits for $3-6 delivered internationally

This is mostly because Iām pissed about Canada post shipping being so bad so I want to practice designing around it.
