Finally upgraded my living room tv that I’ve had since sophomore year. The quality of the 4k screen is on the ps5 is such a needed upgrade. Don’t worry, old guy’s not being thrown out. Much like a race horse being sent to a farm, He will spend the rest of his time as a porch tv.

Started therapy today, and I’m proud of it. Been burying too much inside and not taking care of myself. Just the 1st step, but it was a big one for me.

I hate being by myself. When I’m home alone I’m constantly listening to podcasts while playing a game. As a way to escape my own brain. Even when I go to grab I drink by myself, I’m listening to a podcast or doom scrolling an app to get out of my own head.

Tired of pretending I’m happy to be alone & doing things solo. Truth is I hate it. I’ve pretended that I enjoy being by myself. But truthfully I can’t escape my own thoughts then. I’m not doing things solo by choice, I’m lonely. And that’s my biggest fear, being Alone
