nothing against those chains but bera and sonic have 50-100x the trading volumes each, they have to be everywhere they can, particularly when its inhibiting ecosystem teams like Bunni (which is the best performing hook!).

Uniswap too busy deploying on soneium and ink. Deployments are riskless, no excuse for a $4bn project moving so slowly on adding chains.
.@UniswapFND, can we please get v4 on @berachain? All the DeFi action is happening on there right now, and @bunni_xyz is in a unique position to benefit from Proof of Liquidity and the absurd BERA borrowing rates on money markets. - In the last 24 hours, on average, $1 of bribes.

v4 is super compelling put all the chips on that, rapidly expand to new liquid chains (e.g. should already be on sonic and berachain), be the super dex that is everywhere. hamfisted chain TVL incentives don't work.

TIA is not interesting to me as a user, I can't trade or do things on the chain. The only user facing piece is the token.

I’m usually not a proponent of slippery slope arguments but this is one where I think it’s right (for L1s, tokens have their own unique mandates).

If bybit secures an ETH denominated loan as Ben said on the stream they will have a liability so will still have to buy the ETH back, just over a longer time horizon.
