9 years ago today me and Phil Highton went to watch Damien Dempsey as we did every year. “Let’s go in and watch the support , he’s decent, I remember him from Pele” and so a new journey began…….what a journey it’s been.

Bringing a new ticketing system in for both clubs was always going to involve it being mid season for one, & with it some teething problems. If anyone wants to come and watch us next week they’ll be able to. There’ll be 10k empty seats, regardless of when tickets go on sale

10 years today since we won at Brighton. Went down for a weekend on Arky’s coach. Enough ale got supped to sink a battle ship and owd Danny Mol (rip)refused to book a hotel as they were too expensive. Ended up being taken in by some lads and took their bed and breakfast 🤣

We have a strange thing at Wigan where people want ex managers and players to fail and talk down what they’ve achieved here. Leam worked miracles here in admin and then built a squad to win the league (with a budget he was given by the owners) Hope he does well for you
