At the age of 5 I learned a very basic concept: there are 3 sides to every story. One person’s version, another person’s version, and the truth is somewhere in the middle. It’s quite sad that fully formed adults cannot understand this. People that lead with emotion always fail.

Dogs are amazing companions but unless you have someone living with you to take care of them the effort vs reward doesn’t make much sense. You have to break your focus 3x a day for walks, can’t be out for longer than a few hours, can’t do spontaneous traveling. Very unfortunate.
