Hey @Calendly I'm sure it's nice for your support teams to chill a bit, but did you know it's because your "Contact Us" page is broken and doesn't load the contact module? On another note, the retrieval of availability is also broken and now I'm facing meeting carcrash, thanks.

#FacialRecognition #AirportTechnology has been rolled back in Spain as @aena the operator of key airports has quietly dismantled priority access at security in Barcelona’s El Prat terminal 1, after having never fully implemented at-gate access. Read more

Basic #UX principle: make it as simple, step-free, frictionless, obvious and clear to your user as you can. For example, if like @1Password your app is used to retrieve data by copying and pasting it, dont make the "copy" job need 2 clicks, make it need just 1. Seriously.

I'm using #AI at every opportunity. Not "playing", not "trying". Using. With a mindful approach and curiosity, because like computers replaced typewriters and pens, AI will have its place in life. So I'm integrating it in all sorts of tasks to see where it's a good fit for me.

Hi @vueling, how come refusing to pay for seat selection means a passenger who paid full price fof their ticket gets put on standby when checking in at the airport? #dishonest #disinformation #extortion.

Unsurprisingly, zero support from @Support with my @BaguetteUX account. Why was I thinking of dipping my toes in the x pool, again? It's not like there's anyone here reading this, apart from a few bots looking for hashtags and keywords.

Design is a process. Every designer should be able to show all the steps and decisions that took them to the final result. Is that a lot of work? You bet. It’s The Work. If you’re lazy and want shortcuts, don’t become a designer.
Today we say goodbye to this great blue bird. This logo was designed in 2012 by a team of three. @toddwaterbury, @angyche and myself,. The logo was designed to be simple, balanced, and legible at very small sizes, almost like a lowercase "e", a 🧵

Today I tried the (new?) “scan as you shop” feature on the @ikea app, and, my friends, let me tell you it’s a pointless waste of time, because it triggers an employee call who then comes and counts your articles, rescans them and basically it just takes more time. Utter idiocy.

It's been 6 days, still no mobile internet. #mauritania.
In case anyone cares, the vast country of #Mauritania (the size of Texas and New Mexico combined, or twice the size of France or Spain) is without 3G/4G internet on phones since Tuesday, following civil unrest triggered by police violence. Cable or landline internet is very rare.

The more I use #ChatGPTPlus the more I realise it's not there yet (at all). I dare you to give it a spin on a topic you know very well. Because I think people tend to try it on things they don't know, then get wooed by its smoothness not knowing how wrong the answer might be.

Highly recommended thread. Every stakeholder is there to add pages, but taking any out is a modern day Herculean task. #ux.
Over the last 9 months we’ve deleted close to 80% of the marketing footprint off Tens of thousands of pages. The result is that traffic, conversion and all our experience and NPS metrics are up. It was a gross project but I’ll tell you about it.
