you want to know the biggest struggle with type one diabetes, once you get everything down it's easy, the hard part for me is constantly needing food, i can't gain fckn weight unless i eat HEAVY, the insulin + food helps me gain. IM STILL 145LBS, used to be 245lbs. irritating asf
