This is so tragic. Wales seems only ‘better’ due to its monitoring regime, ie it doesn’t monitor in the same way as England or NI. We have to do better.

This is just so sad. A rethink is needed.

So today I’ve come from Wales to London on @GWRHelp, avoiding a flood, via @ICE_engineers to chair a @ncedigital meeting then it’s off to Scotland this afternoon for a local liaison committee. Consider the community engaged and the UK’s transport system vetted. #Communications
