10 WHOLE YEARS ago today I certified as a coach with @newventureswest. It’s been a decade?!! 🤯 I still pinch myself every day that I get to do this work in the world. I am living my calling. And I’ve only just begun!

Such an incredible partner to support me through it all. Fredrick & I recognize just how blessed we are to live with such abundance, privilege, peace, and joy. There is so much goodness in this world if you look for it. Sending all our love and big hugs from our home to yours. ❤️

We are an incredibly beautiful and resilient people, with such rich history, meaningful traditions, strong values, and so much laughter and love. Despite all the recent hate and violence and pain, I have so much to be grateful for this year.

Wishing a very Happy Chanukah to all who observe! 🕎✡️ May all the days of your lives be filled with eternal light, and may your hearts overflow with love. This year more than ever, it feels so important to light our candles and celebrate and be seen. I am so proud to be Jewish!

I am so proud to have been a part of this community since 2016, and beyond beyond honored to support the tireless work of @pace_seidenberg staff and faculty especially Dean @JHHill, Katie Todd, Jill Olimpieri, Melanie Madeira, Sven Latinović, Lindsay Constantino and Matthew Poli.

Around 100 people over the course of the day across 20+ graduating classes played with us, reunited with old friends, met each other for the first time, formed new alliances and committed to greater service to their beloved alma mater.

Here are some snaps from a workshop in which we asked, “How might we better convey what makes Seidenberg special and unique to people who don’t yet love us?” and harvested creative ideas for new approaches to reach the people we most want to bring into our community.

Yesterday was a dream. I spent the day with my long-time clients at @pace_seidenberg in a day-long event designed to re-engage alumni across the decades and help build a more powerful and interconnected alumni network.

Thank you to the CELT Board, staff, members, volunteers, advisors, educators, and community for allowing me to do this important work.

I am honored to be serving on CELT’s Membership & Development Committee, Governance Committee, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Justice (DEIJ) Working Group. I was elected in July and made official at the annual meeting last month alongside four fabulous new Board members.
