I’ve had the privilege of getting to tell other people’s stories for years as a filmmaker. Here’s a little bit of my own backstory! Really proud to be taking part in the mental health charites @theCALMzone #STAY campaign because I’m truly glad I did hang on in there another day!
Warning: Contains references to suicide. Sally felt like a failure. She struggled to see a way out. But her decision to hang in there for one more day saved her life. We're sharing her story to tell anyone who's struggling: “Things can change”. To say to them “Just #Stay”.
