Amazon Fbm Do you guys ever use the free usps boxes to ship orders with ups?

how do you guys deal with a customer lying about their order not being delivered when usps/ups show it was delivered? FBM order and label was bought outside of amazon so safe-t claim is useless in this case

There are many scammers on so many listings now with +100s of stock and they all just launched, tanking the price, and Amazon is not doing anything about it even. customers are leaving feedback that they have never gotten tracking for a week or two. How do you guys go about that?
