Nashville will now refund him every penny and offer full refunds to everyone else who had paid this unconstitutional fee. Housing won’t be affordable until builders can build. And builders won’t be able to build unless we fight back against government abuses in permitting.

Yesterday, a federal court granted final approval of @BeaconTN’s $1.4 million class action settlement. The Nashville law we challenged required builders alone to pay for upgrades to public infrastructure. Our client paid thousands just to expand his home for his growing family.
