Customers, who refuse to comply with individual business requirements, and further refuse to leave the premises when requested to do so, may be subject to a criminal trespass warning or arrest. As always, voluntary compliance is the best method for avoiding conflict.

Local jurisdictions cannot fine those who do not wear face coverings in public. It is important to understand that private businesses reserve the right to require a face covering while on their premises, and they have the right to refuse service to anyone who refuses to do so.
