@lbbdcouncil day 20 - we are still waiting for council to drain water in their flat before we can start repairing our flat. Pls note we chase you everyday and no one gets back to us. Unacceptable. pls update us.

@lbbdcouncil We are still waiting for your team to drain the water in your flat above us. Currently there is still water leaking into our flat from yours. The blockage has been unclogged but water that is sitting in your flat needs to be urgently drained. Please advise?

@lbbdcouncil @BDPost flooded by a lbbd council owned flat for 18 days now with no action from the council to try and resolve this leak even though our property is occupied by a vulnerable family and the damage has now rendered the property uninhabitable and unsafe.
