On top of this, in terms of maintenance and safety and reliability of anything for public consumption, things are absolute worse here. To put it simple: "jab tak (problems) chal rha hai chalne do, jab problem aaege tab dekhenge". This is exactly the attitude most govt.
Be it infra, be it ease of doing business, be it commute, be it better working conditions, better adoption of technology, better govt tech infra and access. We don't even have these basics in place.
