the final act of dune part two… wow. truly cannot get over how zendaya expressed every single emotion chani was feeling literally through just her eyes. the last scene in the film gave me chills, the anger, heartbreak, pain. zendaya elevated the film so much as chani.

also the cast saying that the tennis is the sex in the film fits so well here because it’s exactly that… the intimacy and intensity in the game between art and patrick and the hug of relief at the end. combined with tashi’s moment of ecstasy at watching them play. it’s perfect.
