Janeway’s ‘assimilation’ was inspired by the horrific scene from ‘Superman III’ where one of the antagonists (Vera Webster) was turned into a cyborg by a supercomputer. That scene was traumatizing/nightmare-inducing to watch as a kid.

Manage to get this comic done in time for Christmas. Took some creative liberty to change the appearance of young Annika Hansen to resemble Jeri Ryan more. I am unsure if this is my final entry for 2025 but here’s me wishing all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 😊🙏🏻🖖

In my interpretation, Seven is ‘Lady Sonja’ who defends the town of Jaffa from Saladin’s forces while waiting for reinforcements from King Richard. She makes her last stand at the citadel with her soldiers in the simulation and is eventually severely wounded by a Hirogen.
