You have GOT to do better @Walgreens The decline has been rapid and consistent for years. As if standing in line for 30 minutes wasn’t bad enough,, my Rx was called in 3 days ago and confirmed but it’s not ready so I have to come back…and probably stand in a long line again

I feel some type of way getting a truffle as compensation for not being able to enjoy the Polaris lounge in Chicago again @united The standard lounge is fine for a standard trip, but this is my 3rd Polaris trip (I think) where I’m stuck with the same buffet & crowd…

I think k I speak for a large portion of @TODAYshow viewers when I say we don’t want fitness advice from women in their 20’s/30’s. I WAS one of those TV fitness experts but now that I’m 51 I see the arrogance of my ways. Let’s talk perimenopause with those of us with experience

Businesses out of a facility. Honoring the terms of the contract was a huge financial burden. Since @PlanetFitness ignored my request for help it seems they should reimburse my costs and be investigated by @ILAttyGeneral

If I have a contract with a fitness chain and they are not enforcing their policies who do I turn to @ILAttyGeneral ? I have tried to contact @PlanetFitness but there is never a response. Following the rules has cost me money in rent while they have allowed others to run

After waiting 6 minutes for my driver they can just cancel and make me wait another 12 minutes @Uber ? I don’t have that kind of flexibility to arrive at the airport.

So after our doctor waited 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone at the pharmacy @Walgreens we arrived and were told that it would be 90 minutes before our prescription could be filled. There was no line. But I have to take my sick kid home and drive back?!? #Chicago

@lufthansa @PeteButtigieg @Lufthansa_USA @staralliance @TSA To be fair @united did call me and create their own case number because they value my business, however @Lufthansa misplaced my bag and has a responsibility to return it. Not a good sign for holiday travelers that you still can't locate a bag from November 30

@wardrobeworkout My apologies Cathy, I can understand your frustration. My colleaguies are giving their best to make sure the system is up an running again an all bags are delivered as soon as possible. until then, I recommend checking the status of your bag online in regular intervals. /Lua
