Too many people in modern cs want to be the star. A team needs players willing to die for the team, willing to take space at the correct time and play selfless. I would love to see more players who strive to be this kind of player. Invaluable and the unsung heroes.

Check your ego at the door when it comes to practicing with your team. Egos drive us and are an important tool to competitors but they can also blind us. Listen to your team mates and put your ego aside. Old man wisdom if you are willing to take it.

Before esports was financially where it is today I knew many ppl who took on extreme burdens to chase their dreams either in the form of losing parental support or job opportunities. These guys not only inspired me to do what I love but pathed the way for so many others.

Any reason Valorant scrims are being scheduled 2 weeks out only for a massive amount of them to be cancelled because they didn’t know their team’s schedule 2 weeks out. Seems counter-intuitive. I would rather schedule one week out and have no cancels instead of multiple a week.

We will get it together. After losing to BIG we played 5 scrims that night and have 6 scheduled every night until we leave. When I asked if they wanted a day off like on Friday I was told ”scrimming is way better than sitting around doing nothing.” Proud!
