Ignorance of history astounds me. The US was part of the ALLIED Forces & weren’t majority of fighting force in Europe in WW2. On the beaches of Normandy, Canadian/UK were 75,000 troops, US was 57,000. Taking credit for WW2 is a new low & dishonours all those who gave their lives.

Yes! Mike’s got it right. We cant continue to download construction of social housing to municipalities. We don’t have have the $$ without significant increases to property taxes. Property tax is a regressive form of raising revenue for infrastructure.

On Jan 26, 3am-8pm, Brantford bylaw officers will handle Guelph calls so Guelph staff can attend a colleague’s funeral. For issues, report online or call 519-837-2529. Brantford officers will be in their own uniforms and vehicles. Thank you to the City of Brantford bylaw staff.
