Today, since I started running was the hardest day like I didn't feel like doing the entire 7k I felt like giving up at so many points. Waaah! .It took many motivational talks but I in the end broke my personal record from 7.4km per km to 7.2km .Happy dance!!! 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿.
