End of my journey as a coach. Esports has been my passion for a long time, but the inherent instability and demanding schedule no longer feel like the right fit for me. I'm eager to transition into a more stable role where I can continue to develop my skill. I'm already in

Just saying... He just won a VCL, after showing three months of consistent performance as a duelist. Really happy with how this split turned out overall. A lot of outsiders popped off. Everyone expected MDR, DVM, or JL to be on top and we ended up with a Valiant vs KC final
I never understood why he wasn't pick in a top VCL team since 2 years. I had the opportunity to try him in an org during 1 week and honestly I felt so much potential in his profil (but the org didnt sign me 🤣) Not scared at all, very skilled, and so versatile as a duellist. 💎

Players are not always the best judge of who should lead them. Why? Because no one likes being pushed outside their comfort zone. A demanding coach may not be the favorite in the locker room, but they’re often the one who gets the best out of everyone.

Emotional bias and hearsay can cloud decision-making. Just because someone is well-spoken of doesn't mean they’re the right fit for a team that needs structure, results, or a cultural shift.

In reality, the coach who drives real performance and consistent improvement is often not the most liked. They may challenge people, push harder, and hold high standards that make others uncomfortable, but that’s often exactly what a team needs to grow.

Unpopular opinion : When selecting a coach, don’t rely solely on what you hear from others. Popularity, charisma, or being liked by players and staff can be misleading indicators of long-term success.

His results speaks for himself. No team that he coached failed. Check what he did will all the GC teams. He still young and have to learn from his mistakes. But he is a hardworking guy who always succeed to make a team better with any players
LFT Post after a short break I'm ready to compete in GC, VCL & VCT If your team is looking to elevate its roster or even build from the ground up, don’t hesitate to reach me out or @MISE3RY References : @elemeNtL337 @mrg_coaching

Already 1 year since this tweet 🤯 To celebrate that. Ask me any questions related to valorant/csgo/coaching. And I will try my best to answer.

My two biggest passion reunited. What a day to be alive. Between Vitality with MVL and this announcement.

Don't get me wrong. I'm happy for people who achieve their goal by doing nothing. Not everyone is suppose to be good. At least, some people have the ability to make themselves believe they are good even in their own eyes. Thats an amazing skill.

I think the best strength of some people is just to be nice to get all the good connection but they are always useless on the result side. Thanks to people who respect theirself and fight to make their team better. They are very few. But you are gems of this industry.
