نعم كنت جزء من هيئة الحوار عام ٢٠٠٦ واتفقنا ان مزارع شبعا وتلال كفرشوبة لبنانية بعد الترسيم مع الدولة السورية ومن ثم مراجعة الأمم المتحدة .وكون الترسيم او التحديد لم يحصل تبقى هذه المناطق خاضعة للقرار ٢٤٢ الذي لا يشمل لبنان
