The club are saddened to hear the passing of Nick Jones. He was such a big part of grassroots football in which he played, managed and maintained. He was a pivotal figure in what he did on and off the field.

With finishing off the stronger team our chances we ran out of time in the end. Although we’re out the cup we still have full focus on the league. The season doesn’t stop here. Best of luck to Moreton in the next round. #upthewag

Second half the lads got themselves back into shape and were piling on the pressure to a well structured moreton side. With a missed penalty and a dubious over the line decision which was cancelled out by the ref.

FT Moreton FC 1 Waggon & Horses FC 0 Tough one to walk away from tonight as we exit the Dee 106.3 cup. We started the game off strong with only set pieces being moretons strong point in which they capitalised on going 1 up into the half.

Waggon & Horses Reserves 5 - 0 Whitegate United After a few games without a win the lads turned the heat on today against league leaders Whitegate, 3-0 at the half Waggon were always in control. A few changes saw a couple more goals for the Wag with a superb strike from Jenno.
